Any personal information given to Inchworm Alley will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties. In order to protect customers, all transactions are processed using the latest anti-fraud technology. Inchworm Alley does not have direct access to your credit card information at any time.

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Tracking information will be provided.

Please send change requests to customercare@inchwormalley.com. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, changes cannot be made. Please include your name and order number with your request.

Inchworm Alley accepts credit card and Paypal as a method of payment, allowing customers access to both personal accounts and credit cards.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and you will be refunded on your original method of payment.

Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your tote does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date.

If you are having trouble checking out or processing your order there may be conflicts between our site and the particular browser you are using.

You may contact us directly at customercare@inchwormalley.com. Please make sure to let us know of any error messages you received and any other information about the order, so we may better assist you.

We ship worldwide and all orders (domestic and international) are shipped from the US. Rates are determined by destination and desired service. Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST), excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and outside of normal business hours will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sales and holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Inchworm Alley cannot estimate or pay for any duties or taxes related to international shipping and we reserve the right to refuse shipping of any order.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. We are not responsible for carrier delays (due to holiday backup, etc.), as delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return your item(s). Return requests are to be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.

All returns must be authorized by contacting customercare@inchwormalley.com prior to shipping and a return authorization number will be issued at this time. Please include the reason for your return. Returns must be received no later than 30 days after the return authorization has been issued. Returns received after 30 days will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Consent must be granted prior to shipping. Items returned without approval will be refused upon delivery and returned to you at your expense. All merchandise must be unworn, unused, in original condition and all original labels and hang tags must be attached. Inchworm Alley reserves the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy.

In all cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at customercare@inchwormalley.com. Please include your online order # and your full name in the subject line of the email.

We are not able to provide exchanges for a different size, style, or colour. We request that you return the unwanted item following the above procedure and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction.

When your return is received, we will credit the same method of payment by which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

Discounted items are final sale.

We respect your right to privacy. Inchworm Alley only collects the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We never have access to your credit card information.
